1. Who we are
Trasoye Professional Services ("Trasoye", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and in the course of providing our Personal Financial Office service. You can contact us at tade.apena@gmail.com.
2. What information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: contact details you provide (name, email, phone), information submitted through enquiry or booking forms, and — for engaged clients — financial information you upload or provide as part of the service (such as bank, investment, property and insurance information).
3. Why we process your information
We process personal information to respond to enquiries, arrange discovery calls, deliver the contracted Personal Financial Office service, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and maintain the security and integrity of our systems. Our legal bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating the business, and legal obligation where applicable.
4. How we protect your information
Client information is classified according to its sensitivity and access is restricted accordingly. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we rely on reputable third-party infrastructure providers (for hosting, database and secure file storage) who maintain appropriate security standards. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. How long we keep information
We retain personal and financial information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the contractual, legal and operational purposes described above, after which it is securely archived or deleted in accordance with our data retention schedule.
6. Your rights
Under UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR, you have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at tade.apena@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
7. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time to reflect changes to our practices. Any material changes will be reflected on this page.
